Left Oklahoma City with amazing raspberry muffins baked by Jessica. Narrowly
escaped the incoming thunderstorms as we turned south, although we could watch
lightning strike far off in the distance over the very flat land. Stopped for
a Geology lesson near Ardmore and finished the day in Bossier City, LA. Since
we arrived at a decent hour, Erik and I watched Star Wars at a local movie
theater. On our way back to the car, we passed a cockroach that was easily three
inches long! The weather was hot and humid even after midnight.
