Watched the sunrise over the dunes and then headed towards Zion. Hiked the Canyon View Trail, which
gave a great viewpoint of the canyon below. We found a geocache at the top of the trail. Drove through the
rest of the park and found a geocache in Springdale, followed by sandwhiches in a local city park. As we
approached I-15, we found a geocache near Toquerville. Stopped along the way to check out the Salt Wash Viewpoint
and finally made it to Dead Horse Point around sunset. The view was amazing--best way to describe it would be a
mini-Grand Canyon, the Colorado River weave its way through the canyon.
