| Left Long Beach, CA about 8:30am as it was cold and misty, but by the time we hit the desert it was sunny, dry and hot. Stopped in Las Vegas for an amazing Indian Buffet before continuing on our way. Saw some amazing red cliffs along the way. Turns out the Coral Pink Sand Dunes are just that. The contrast of the pink sand against vibrant blue skies was absolutely amazing. We spent quite a lot of time running around and rolling in the sand while watching the ATV riders chew up the dunes. | ||
